Service Description
This bundle is designed for Registered Managers who need staff to think clearly, regulate emotions, and reflect effectively, particularly during and after challenging incidents. The focus is on strengthening everyday practice on shift. Staff learn how to manage their own responses, make sound decisions under pressure, and use supervision and debriefs as tools for learning rather than compliance. This helps reduce repeated incidents, emotional burnout, and reactive patterns across teams. The bundle includes four sessions, each two hours in duration: Supervision and Debriefs That Really Work Supporting staff and managers to use supervision and debriefs as meaningful spaces for reflection, accountability, and practice development. After the Storm: Repair and Reconnection Helping staff understand how to restore safety, relationships, and emotional stability after incidents. From Reactive to Regulated Developing staff awareness of emotional responses and how regulation directly affects judgement and behaviour on shift. When the Shift Changes Practical thinking tools for late shifts, low staffing, and moments where prioritisation and decision making matter most. All sessions are delivered remotely and are reflective and discussion based. The bundle provides eight hours of CPD in total and is priced for up to ten attendees, with flexible dates to fit around rotas and operational pressures. Cancellation Policy

About Our Services Whys2Wise provides professional development and training for professionals working in residential childcare, fostering, education, and related care services. Training is educational and practice focused. We do not provide therapy, counselling, clinical services, or regulated care. 2. Bookings and Payment All sessions must be booked through our website or by written agreement. Bookings are confirmed once payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices apply per session as advertised. 3. Cancellation and Refunds Client cancellations: More than 14 days before the session: full refund or reschedule 7 to 14 days before the session: 50 percent refund or reschedule Less than 7 days before the session: no refund, one reschedule may be offered at our discretion Non attendance without notice is non refundable. If Whys2Wise cancels a session, clients will be offered a full refund or alternative date. 4. Training Scope and Responsibility Training supports professional understanding, judgement, and reflection. It does not replace organisational policies, statutory guidance, safeguarding procedures, or professional supervision. All practice decisions remain the responsibility of the individual and their organisation. Whys2Wise is not liable for actions taken following training. 5. Safeguarding Whys2Wise is committed to safeguarding. If safeguarding concerns arise during training, participants will be encouraged to follow their organisational safeguarding procedures. Where there is an immediate risk, we reserve the right to escalate concerns appropriately. 6. Confidentiality and Conduct Participants must not share identifiable information about children, families, or colleagues. Professional and respectful conduct is expected. We reserve the right to remove participants for inappropriate behaviour without refund. 7. Recording and Materials Sessions must not be recorded without written permission. All materials remain the intellectual property of Whys2Wise and may not be shared or reproduced without consent. 8. Complaints Complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the session. We aim to respond within 14 working days and resolve concerns fairly. 9. Data Protection Personal data is handled in line with UK GDPR and used only for service delivery and administration. 10. Liability and Law Liability is limited to the value of the booked session.
